While driving around Lake Tahoe in mid-March, we required stop was at Sand Harbor. A few years ago, we actually went swimming there, but it was summer time — and the water was still freezing cold for my personal ideal water temperature. A state park in Nevada, Sand Harbor offers over 55 miles of sandy beaches and rock coves bathed in incomparable Lake Tahoe blue hues. The Sand Point Nature Trail offers amazing views of the lake, such as the one in this photo. The trail also leads to some of the most exquisite rock coves you’ll ever see. Keith took this gorgeous photo using his Samsung Note 4.
