I was very glad the inaugural race of the Sportscar Vintage Race Association (SVRA) came to the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in 2013. Not only was I able to see cars dating back to pre-WW times, but I could also walk around the paddock area and talk with the drivers and see these beautiful machines up close. At times it was like a trip back in time. Throughout the several practices and races that took place on that 3-day weekend, I could move around COTA and make photos from different angles and locations. One late afternoon, as the sun was getting lower behind Turn 15, I noticed that several cars were reflecting the sunlight on the pavement at a certain angle. This show is one of those moments. The silver lettering on this car was so clean that it reflected quite well on the pavement.
